  • £150 for standard mortgages which is usually waived as we receive commission from the lender.The fee for self certification or adverse credit mortgages is usually £500.
  • A fee of up to 0.9% of the loan and we rebate commission from the lender to yourself.

When discussing your requirements with our adviser the exact fee will be agreed. If you decide not to proceed there is no charge for the work carried out on your behalf.
